We are looking for a Production Controller for our operations in Ersmark, where you will be the obvious link between production and finance. Your tasks

As a Production Controller with us, you will have a central role in the organization and act as an important bridge between finance and production. You will work closely with production and collaborate with project managers, production managers, and financial managers. The main task in this role is to contribute to achieving set quality and development goals. You will belong to the finance department and report directly to the financial manager.

Examples of tasks:

• Monitoring production costs, efficiency, and deviations.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Calculating and validating new products and projects.
• Investment calculations and monitoring of CAPEX.
• Analysis of key figures and production data.
• Improvement initiatives within production economics with related report writing in Swedish and English.
• Monthly and annual financial closing related to inventory, PIA, and production outcomes.

Your background/Your qualities

We believe you have a university degree in finance or in the engineering field. You are confident in analytical work and have a genuine interest in how numbers relate to reality in production.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and are used to working with large data sets.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Very good skills in Excel.
• Understanding of production processes and what drives costs.
• Knowledge of lean and continuous improvements.

Meritorious:

• Good knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably M3 or SAP.
• Experience from the automotive industry and work with quality systems such as IATF16949 and ISO standards is a plus.

As a person, you are communicative and social and have an easy time collaborating with others. You enjoy working closely with the business and translating analysis into concrete actions.
